Founder & Managing Partner Chris Bowers is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with provisional BABCP accreditation who is a former UK diplomat and energy industry professional. Seasoned in strategy and risk, he helps clients to grow through building mental resilience in the workplace. Chris has many years experience at the nexus of critical business challenges at national, regional and international level working for US oil company Chevron and in UK diplomatic missions abroad. Chris's experience includes delivering CBT coaching at the British Foreign Office, psychological safety training to employees and leaders at Chevron in the UK and in Asia and working for the United Nations in conflict zones helping victims of trauma. Father of two. Loving husband. CBT therapist with unique set of skills and real world expertise on track to gain accreditation by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the lead organisation for CBT in the United Kingdom, in 2025 following completion of Post Graduate Diploma in CBT at the respected Charlie Waller Institute at University of Reading
